Symptom: WT6105CW Not draining completely
This is likely caused by a unbalanced load (UE) error. Since this model has no LED readout, the customer may not know what the error is. The error codes on these models are indicated by a pattern of blinking LEDs.
A UE error will stop the spin cycle before it completes. The tub will be drained but the clothes are still saturated. The customer can rebalance the clothes and then run a Spin Only cycle.
If the tub does not drain, it could be a pump problem or a manual cycle interruption (power out or button push). If a Spin Only cycle fails, a technician should test for a deflective drain pump.
